I went to Hillside when I was younger and it only feels like yesterday since I was leaving year 6 and now I'm leaving year 11. I started at their great Nursery right through to the end. I Met loads of great teachers at hillside and I still miss them even today, lol! Great school!

 Hello everyone at Hillside,
I hope everyone is well and enjoying life! It seems a long time since I visited but since taking up another new post as an area team leader with the EYFS Consultants time has been limited!!!
Looking at the website it seems everyone is having fun and enjoying themselves, I love looking at the photos especially of the FSU - Jack my own little boy will be starting school in September, time flies!!!

Used to teach at the school many years ago. My first teaching post! Left in 1979 to get married and move to Norfolk. Then we lived in Egypt and Indonesia. Now teaching in Norfolk.I have many happy memories of both Hillside and Skelmersdale. Remember Mr Brighouse and Mrs Walker. Pre national curriculum we played rounders when the classroom got too hot.

Hi ya everyone, Just wanted to say goodbye to all the current year six children and wish them all the best of luck as they go to high school this summer. It doesn't seem a minute since I moved from Hillside and although I was scared of moving at first I love what I am doing now. Just wanted to say to all year sixes that change doesn't need to be scary- make the most of it !!
Hope to be able to come to the performance of grease

Hi ya Mr T. What a great look new website. Congrats it must have been hard work. Hope everyone at Hillside is well and having fun. I like to keep in touch with everyone especially now as I won't be returning after the end of my secondment to the EYFS Consultants.
